Andrew Lipton

Andrew Lipton is an Executive Director and Head of Americas Market/ Conduct Regulatory Relations at Morgan Stanley.  Mr. Lipton oversees the team that is responsible for coordinating the management of the supervisory activities of the Firm’s Market Conduct regulators across the Americas.  This includes management of regulatory examinations and continuous monitoring activities by the SEC, CFTC, FINRA, NFA, state regulatory agencies and other non-prudential regulators.  Previously, Mr. Lipton worked as an attorney in the Litigation Division of Morgan Stanley Wealth Management.  In this role, Mr. Lipton focused on customer securities arbitrations and regulatory investigations.

Prior to joining Morgan Stanley, Mr. Lipton was an associate at the law firm of Skadden, Arps, Slate Meagher & Flom LLP.  At Skadden, Mr. Lipton was a general litigator whose practice focused primarily on securities litigation.

Mr. Lipton is on the Board of Directors for PALS (Practicing Attorneys for Law Students Program), a group that provides career and skills development for diverse lawyers and law school students. Mr. Lipton is also on the Advisory Board for the Institute for Inclusion in the Legal Profession (“IILP”).
Mr. Lipton received a B.A. from Binghamton University and graduated magna cum laude from Brooklyn Law School.

 

Dupe Adegoke

Dupe Adegoke is a Vice President in the Global Regulatory Relations Group at Morgan Stanley. She is responsible for coordinating and managing regulatory examinations and driving high-impact regulatory risk assessments and solutions. In addition to this role, Dupe is an active participant in the Firm’s volunteer program and pro-bono practice, where she has organized gift drives and park clean-ups and represented low-income families and Afghan refugees in immigration-related matters. 

Prior to her position at Morgan Stanley, Dupe practiced as a litigator in New York City at Reed Smith LLP and Morrison Cohen LLP, where she managed internal investigations and complex litigation disputes on behalf of financial institutions and corporations. She also represented clients in federal and state courts, mediations, and arbitrations involving contractual disputes, cryptocurrency, fraud, and other business-related torts. 

Dupe dedicates much of her free time to her community; volunteering with such organizations as America Needs You, City Harvest, and Housing Works. Dupe is the proud daughter of Nigerian immigrants. She earned her J.D. and MBE from University of Pennsylvania and B.A. from University of Central Florida in both political science and psychology.
