Volunteer as a Virtual Attorney Mock Interviewer

PALS invites you to participate in our Virtual Annual Mock Interviews as an Attorney Mock Interviewer. Your involvement and critical feedback will help law students of color prepare for the fall recruiting season. Please assist us by facilitating two mock interviews and identify key factors legal employers look and listen for during interviews for positions as summer associates, interns and clerks. Assist law students in learning how to communicate who they are and help provide them with the best opportunity to secure their first job in the legal field.

3:20 pm - 4:20 pm Hiring and Interviewing Skills Panel
4:15 pm - Attorney Virtual Check-In
4:30 pm - 5:10 pm Student Interview #1
5:15 pm - 5:55 pm Student Interview #2
6:00 pm - 7:00 pm Cocktail Reception
1. Attorneys please log-on promptly at 4:15 p.m. Interviews begin at 4:30 p.m.
2. Attorneys will be provided with a list of observations that they can address with their assigned student interviewees.
3. Attorneys will be matched with their student interviewees upon arrival and provided with their resume and transcript.
4. Attorneys are requested to commit 1 1/2 hours for interviews or share the time segment with a colleague.
